Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
